I have been working with product development all my life.
During the two last decades, the products have been software systems and my
profession has been more focused to deal with testing software systems.
In my positions I have had as a consultant, I have often ended up as a
"General Store Manager" where tasks with change management, methods,
processes, tools and training have been mixed. As a project manager, I have had
the opportunity to interaction with people in parallel with my test
profession, which is in line with my personal ambitions to put myself in
challenging positions.
In my role as a consultant, I have realized the potential to focus on service,
customer benefit and customer satisfaction. Since 1998 have I been running my
own business.
Some of my personal characteristics are: overall considerations, quality
awareness, structured work approach, managing/coaching, sensitive, targeted,
independent/team worker/group manager, aiming for the best for the company and
its employees.
